Standing Seam and Concealed Fastener Wall Systems
Standing seam roof systems consist of a series of panels that are connected by raised seams (or vertical legs) above the flat surface. Rather than sitting flush against the roof deck, the seams rise between 1 to 3 inches above the surface and allow the panels to snap together or mechanically interlock without exposed, or visible, fasteners. In addition to providing a sleek, modern look, standing seam systems allow panels to expand and contract with changing temperatures, helping them to last longer and cause less wear and tear on the roof deck.
Concealed fastener wall panels are installed with clips and/or fasteners that are placed beneath the wall panels, so they are hidden from view.
