On-site rollforming allows McElroy Metal to bring our rollforming equipment directly to your jobsite, producing continuous standing seam panels in the exact lengths required for your project—often up to 250' or more. This approach eliminates transportation limits, reduces panel handling, and streamlines installation by generating precise, ready-to-install panels on the ground.

After PO receipt, we reserve the on-site production equipment, materials, and a forming technician according to your installation schedule.

You provide a forklift or crane (with operator) and one laborer per ~15’ of rolled panel.
