STANDING SEAM SYSTEMS

MasterLok-90/MasterLok-FS
MasterLok-90 is a trapezoidal standing seam system designed for projects with slopes as low as 1:12. MasterLok-90 is best suited for simple sloped roofs without dormers, hips, valleys, or other special conditions.

CURVING SYSTEMS

Architectural designers now have the capability to include McElroy curved roof panels in their projects. Both Maxima ADV and Medallion I are able to be curved on site to achieve the exact architectural effect and perfect fit for each individual project.

Maxima ADV
Maxima ADV panels feature radii ranging upward from 20’. Panel widths range from 12” to 18” in width, with profiles of striated or flat pan. The Maxima ADV curving program features a certified McElroy technician that will curve panels on-site to customers specifications.

EXPOSED FASTENER PANELS

5V-Crimp
McElroy Metal’s 5V-crimp panel incorporates a classic design and the latest in paint systems - Kynar 500.® Kynar 500® paint systems provide unsurpassed protection against panel fade and chalk; the homeowner’s assurance that their roof will retain its beauty year after year. 5V also has a UL 2218 Class 4 impact resistance rating.

SOFFIT PANEL

Marquee-Lok/Marquee II
Marquee-Lok soffit panels will add an elegant touch to any commercial or residential project. Marquee-Lok is available in both flat and vented profiles. Available colors match McElroy’s roofing panels.

Canopy Panels

MCP
MCP (McElroy Canopy Panel) is a concealed fastener panel designed to meet the demands of canopy installations. Banks, drive-thru restaurants, convenience stores or any other building type requiring attractive and functional canopy systems are an excellent application for MCP.

RETROFIT SYSTEMS

McElroy Metal Retrofit Roofing Systems
Retrofit systems satisfy a variety of applications for low-slope, highslope and special construction or problematic geometry issues. These framing systems offer design professionals, contractors and building owners with a multitude of options that are economically feasible while still maintaining the quality product integrity that is expected from a manufacturer.

Concealed Fastener Wall Panels

MSR
MSR is a concealed fastener wall panel by McElroy Metal that combines aesthetics and strength in one panel. MSR's bold profile will add curb appeal to most any project while providing the engineering and weather tightness characteristics demanded by architects and owners.

AIA Continuing Education Programs

MMAIA5 Metal in Architecture (Instructor led face-to-face): A course to help gain a general understanding of the principles of metal roofing systems, including common profiles, manufacturing processes, good design practices and common pitfalls to avoid.

MMAIA10 Integrating Solar with Metal Roofing Systems (Instructor led face-to-face): Photovoltaic solar systems are growing in popularity and use. Whether utilizing crystalline or thin-film solar technologies, metal roofing systems are an excellent host substrate. The course instructor will provide details about solar and metal roofing integration and will include: solar options including advantages and disadvantages, BIPV solutions, solar attachment methods and appropriate host roofing systems.

MMAIA11 International Building Codes (IBC) Application to Metal Roofing (Instructor led face-to-face): Building codes are ever changing and evolving. This seminar focuses on IBC code issues and how they relate to metal roofing systems.

MMAIA12 Metal Roofing and the Environment (Instructor led face-to-face): Metal roofing systems offer a green roofing solution. Metal roofing is made from recycled materials and when its service life is over decades after installation, it can be recycled again. Metal is highly reflective, which lowers air conditioner loads and utility bills. Metal roofing is also an excellent host material for both thin-film and crystalline solar panels.

MMAIA13 Retrofitting Flat Roofs with Steep Slope Framing and Standing Seam Metal Systems (Instructor led face-to-face): Steep slope retrofit roofing is an ideal long-term solution for buildings with worn-out flat roofs. This course will educate participants on the advantages of using metal framing and standing seam metal roofing to retrofit flat roofs into attractive, functional and long-term steep slope systems.

MMAIA14 Retrofitting Flat Roofs with Steep Slope Framing and Standing Seam Metal Systems (Instructor led distance ed.): Steep slope retrofit roofing is an ideal long-term solution for buildings with worn-out flat roofs. This course will educate participants on the advantages of using metal framing and standing seam metal roofing to retrofit flat roofs into attractive, functional and long-term steep slope systems.
